Extended family also wanted to order reishi and cordyceps mushrooms from your assortment, and I accidentally found out that online stores have substantial discounts directly on your goods when you order two or more packages. I regret this, I would prefer to buy direct and feel a little cheated by this behaviour, although I clearly respect your right to set prices. This way I buy your goods cheaper on another shop and you legally sell them even cheaper. I don't want to make a profit by buying from you, I want to be a happy customer, so do something about it. How about instead of a questionnaire, send a discount on future purchases and allow the customer to buy on the same terms and earn more at the same time?
